The Corrugated Box was featured in Belle

The Corrugated Box Building was the chosen venue for a fashion shoot that was featured in a six-page spread in Belle, Style Weekly’s magazine for women.  The models posed throughout the building wearing the latest fall trends.  Check out the October/November issue, including the cover, to see the Corrugated Box Building’s architectural and design elements as the edgy backdrop for “Fashion Cues: Patchwork Melody”.

The Corrugated Box Community Teams up to Support Run for READ

Circle S, 3north and Grace Street Home Additions have joined forces as a community to sponsor Run for READ, a scenic 8k event taking place on October 25 that supports the READ Center, Richmond’s leading adult literacy organization.  This 8k river run is being chaired by Noel McKenzie of Circle S, a former literacy tutor at the center.

Savor, the sophisticated café in the Corrugated Box run by renowned chef Ellie Basch, is also supporting the event.  Ellie, an avid marathon runner and coach, is leading weekly runs for employees of the Corrugated Box community to encourage participation and to get them in shape for the big race.  And since the race is practically in their back yard, hitting up Brown’s Island, the James River flood wall and Belle Isle, the Corrugated Box community will be running in familiar territory.

Run for READ is taking place on Saturday, October 25 at 9 am.
